FRIDAY JULY 26
All day, concurrent workshops and committee meetings
1:00 PM - Registration begins
5:30-7:00 PM  - Dinner (all meals served only during the first 45 min)

7:30 PM - Welcoming reception, La Casa de Maria
-  Santa Barbara Greens will welcome the conference participants
-  CoChair of the Steering Committee welcome speech
International Green visitors will speak as well as some elected green party candidates.

SATURDAY, JULY 28TH
7:30-9:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 - 10:00 AM:  7th ASGP MEETING - OPENING PLENARY FOR THE CC
-  Facilitators explain procedures for the plenary (10 min)
-  Roll-call of members (3 min)  (link to list of delegates, text format)
-  Accreditation Report and welcome for new State Green Party members  (15 min)
    (vote on MD and ID)
-  Introductions by all CC  (30 min)
-  CoChair of the Steering Committee opening speech (3 min)

10:00 - 10:15 AM: STEERING COMMITTEE REPORT
-  CoChairs reports (5 min)
-  Secretary's report (5 min)
-  Treasurer's report (5 min)

10:15 AM - 12:30 PM:  REPORT FROM OTHER COMMITTEES
-  Bylaws - 10 min (incl. presentation & vote on SC restructuring resolution from the GP of Maine)

-  Presidential Exploratory Committee - 2 min

   Growth and office plan, field organizing plan, publications and materials plan

    Includes AZ resolution on immigration, 2 proposed summary platforms, Global Greens Charter approval
3:45 - 3:55 PM:  BREAK - 10 MINUTES
-  Diversity Caucus presentation - 10 min
-  Steering Committee Nominations - 10 min
-  FEC filing - 40 min (includes resolution)
-  Introduction of Management Plan 2 - 60 min
    Includes budget, fundraising and resolution on donation cap

8:00 PM - SPECIAL SATURDAY EVENT - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
